I would like to turn -- it's my pleasure to welcome you. Due to the continuing coronavirus-related public health concerns when this meeting was scheduled, we are hosting the annual meeting virtually again this year and have designed the format to ensure that shareholders are afforded the same rights and opportunities that they would have in an in-person meeting.
