Good afternoon everyone. It is 1 p.m., and I am calling this meeting to order. I am Herb England, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FuelCell Energy Inc. I will be presiding as Chairman of this meeting. Along with my fellow Directors and executive officers of the company, I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders reconvened today after adjournment on April 9. We appreciate your attendance, your interest and most importantly, your support of FuelCell Energy.
This Annual Meeting of Stockholders is held pursuant to the amended and restated bylaws of the company and written notice to all stockholders of record of our common stock as of February 14, 2020.
