(foreign language) I am Bruce Hassall, Chair of your company. Good afternoon from New Zealand, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board, it's my pleasure to welcome you to Fletcher Building's 2020 Annual Shareholders Meeting.
Today's meeting is being held online. Part of our commitment to shareholders is making our meetings as accessible as possible regardless of physical location. This provides an opportunity for wider participation and engagement. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting. In addition, shareholders and proxies have the ability to ask questions and submit votes.
Questions can be submitted at any time, and I encourage you to do so as early as you would like and at any time. If you are a shareholder, you will be able to see a speech bubble icon on your screen.
