Good morning, and thank you for joining us for the Funding Circle full year 2022 results. I'm going to kick off today with a business overview. I'll then pass to Oliver for the financial results, and I'll finish by running you through the progress we're making on our medium-term plan.

Before I dive in, I wanted to pull out some of the highlights of our 2022 performance. In a difficult economic environment, we've delivered a solid set of results with total income of GBP 148.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of GBP 6.8 million. We have transitioned back to commercial lending following the pandemic, continued to show robust and attractive loan returns to our institutional investors and made good progress in the first year of our strategic plan. We are well positioned for long-term success with momentum in the U.S. and FlexiPay and have firm foundations for growth.
