Hello, and welcome to the Wickes Analyst Conference Call. My name is Laura, and I will be your coordinator for today's event. Please note, this call is being recorded. (Operator Instructions) I will now hand you over to your host, David Wood, CEO, to begin today's conference. Thank you.
Well, good morning all, and thank you for taking the time to join us this morning. I'm here with Mark George, our CFO, and we plan to spend the next 50 minutes or so outlining our new capital allocation policy and of course, answering any questions that you may have.
