Maybe you could start with just a little bit of introduction, and I know you are part of this co-founding team. So but -- you guys had a history in this business prior to that. So I'd love to hear the founding story and just the latest state of the company share.
Sure, yes. Well, thanks, Tim. We started Kits in 2018. Roger, Sabrina, and I -- and Roger had previously built and scaled up a pretty sizable optical company, Coastal Contacts. It was NASDAQ listed and sold in 2014 for about $450 million in cash.
So we had a strong blueprint on how to tackle this industry, and the three of us really felt like there was still a lot more
