Good morning. My name is Brian Wong, President and CEO of RAPT Therapeutics. I am very happy to welcome you to the RAPT Therapeutics, Incorporated 2023 Annual Stockholders Meeting. At the request of Bill Rieflin, the Chair of the Board of Directors, I will be acting as Chairperson of the Annual Stockholders Meeting.
The meeting will now officially come to order. The time is now 10:02 AM, Pacific time, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. As you know, we are hosting today's meeting through a virtual online platform hosted by Broadridge.
Before we proceed with the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce you to the members of the Board and management who are with us today.
