Good morning. Welcome to the special meeting of the holders of the Class D subordinate voting shares of Acreage Holdings, Inc., which will be referred to as the floating shares and the holders as floating shareholders. I am Peter Caldini, Chief Executive Officer of Acreage.
We are conducting the meeting on the Lumi virtual shareholder meeting platform, giving floating shareholders an equal opportunity to attend the meeting online regardless of their geographic location. The Lumi platform will allow registered floating shareholders to vote on any matters at this meeting that they have not already voted on by proxy. We will be pleased to take some questions following the conclusion of the formal portion of the meeting.
