Good day, and welcome to the Phreesia Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to turn the conference over to Chaim Indig, Chief Executive Officer of Phreesia, Inc. Please go ahead.
Good morning, everyone. My name is Chaim Indig, Chief Executive Officer of Phreesia. The meeting is now called to order. I will be acting Chairperson of the meeting, and I've asked Charles Kallenbach, General Counsel and Secretary of the corporation, to record the minutes.
I am pleased to welcome our stockholders and visitors to this virtual annual meeting of Phreesia, Inc. This meeting is being held in accordance with the company's bylaws and Delaware law. At our meeting today, we will take care of the formal business described in our notice and proxy statement, a copy of which was mailed on or about May 27, 2020, to all of our stockholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2020.
