Good morning and welcome to the Annual Stockholders Meeting of Gladstone Capital Corporation. My name is Michael LiCalsi, General Counsel of the company. We have with us, Erich Hellmold, who is the Deputy General Counsel and acting Secretary of this meeting, as well as Nicole Schaltenbrand, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company.
