We have decided to hold this special stockholders meeting virtually in recognition of the health, safety and travel concerns of our stockholders and the regulations, protocols and other requirements that federal, state and local governments have imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The virtual meeting enables our stockholders to participate, no matter where they are located in the world.
