Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us today on our earnings call for the second half of 2018.
To start, I'd like to give you a brief update on our performance over the second half of the year, then Ingo will take a deeper dive into the numbers, after which we'll be happy to take any questions that you may have.
In the second half of 2018, we kept our focus on helping merchants grow and on changing the payments landscape for the long term. As a result, we continued to see profitable growth across all channels and geographies. We are very pleased to announce that the process volume for the half year is EUR 89 billion with the full year process volume at EUR 159 million. The second half year
