Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's great to be able to see some of our loyal shareholders have come to many AGMs. And now we can meet face-to-face and have a chat rather than do it virtually online. So on behalf of the Steadfast Group Board, I am pleased to welcome you to Steadfast 2022 Hybrid Annual General Meeting.
As we are in Sydney, I would like to acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and pay my respects to the elders past, present and emerging.
I also welcome Joan Cleary to her first steadfast AGM. Joan was appointed as a director in late July this year.
If we experience any technical issues today, a short recess or an adjournment may be required depending on the number of shareholders being affected. If this occurs, I will advise you accordingly.
