Welcome to InfuSystem's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is being held virtually today. We are pleased that you have joined us this morning.
I will act as secretary of our meeting today. With me is Mr. Richard DiIorio, CEO and member of the Board, who will Chair the meeting; and Mr. Addam Chupa, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer. The other members of the Board of Directors, the senior management team and the representatives of BDO USA, LLP, the company's independent auditors are joining us virtually.
