Thanks, Edwin, and thank you, everyone, for joining us on the call this morning. In terms of the agenda for this morning, I'd like to briefly touch on the highlights of the first half before handing over to Kerri to present our financials and capital management in more detail. I'll then provide an update on the property portfolio before summarizing Waypoint's priorities and outlook for the remainder of FY '20. We will then open the floor to any questions that you might have for Kerri or myself.
