Highfield Resources Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Thanks very much. Good afternoon, everyone, and good morning to those in the Northern Hemisphere, and welcome to the Highfield Resources Annual General Meeting. It's now 3:30 Adelaide, so I declare the meeting open.
My name is Paul Harris, I'm Chair of the Highfield Resources and also chairing the meeting today. I advise that we do have a quorum here today and that is in accordance with the company's constitution. So I declare the meeting open.
The team here today to my left here, I have Katelyn Adams, our CS and Pauline Carr and Luke Anderson and also two of our non-exec directors and also in line, we have Roger Davey from our London with his hand up there.
Also on the line is our CEO, Managing Director, Ignacio Salazar from Pamplona. We also have Olivier Vadillo, who's Head of Investor Relations also on the video link, and they'll be both Ignacio and Olivia will be giving a presentation after the formal part of the meeting.
