Good morning, and welcome to Pact Group's FY '22 First Half Results Briefing. I'm Sanjay Dayal, the Chief Executive Officer of Pact Group. I'm joined today by Paul Washer, our Chief Financial Officer.
When I presented at our AGM in November, we discussed the widespread challenges our industry was facing with respect to pandemic-related impacts to global supply chains. As I'm sure you have heard from many companies already, the operating environment this financial year is almost unprecedented. International freight markets have been disrupted and remain unpredictable with sharply rising costs. This has impacted the reliability of the supply chain and the availability of materials.
