So good morning, everybody. I'm Chris Schott at JPMorgan. And it's my pleasure to be introducing Amneal today from the company. We have Chirag Patel, who is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the Company. I'm going to start with a bit of a history for Glu is new and new was founded in 2002 by my brother and me our humble beginning in Patterson, New Jersey with the our own whatever family savings we had.
