Hi, and welcome to this investor call. I'm Henrik Nielsen. Most of you know me through the past 3 years, where I held the positions as CEO (inaudible) 5th Planet Games.
Until last week, I was also the biggest shareholder in the company. That has changed. Because last week, we announced our new partner, Skybound Entertainment, that is based out of Los Angeles. The process we went through with the Skybound team was long, but always very positive. And the result has been a friendly merger with the Skybound team.
Personally, I'm super confident that this is a new beginning for 5th Planet Games. It's a beginning with very high ambitions and a huge potential for all shareholders in 5th Planet Games. It's a journey for everybody. And this is important to me with the company, 5th Planet Games, that will stay as a stand-alone public company.
