Thank you for introduction. Thank you, everybody, for joining the call for us to talk about our full year results. Let me break down for today's agenda basically. I will talk about the macro development in Georgia, GCAP performance in terms of the NAV and also I'll talk about the capital allocations. Giorgi will talk about -- our CFO, Giorgi Alpaidze, will talk about the performance of our portfolio of companies and the valuations, we were -- how we do it. And then I will do a wrap-up. After that, we'll go to the Q&A session.
