I would now like to turn the conference over to David Wilson, the President. Please go ahead.
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the meeting of the shareholders of Kelt Exploration Limited. My name is David Wilson and I am the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Kelt Exploration Limited. And I will assume the position of Chairman for this meeting.
In order to ensure that the meeting covers the required business in an efficient manner, we have pre-arranged with designated shareholders or proxy holders to move and to second the motions of business.
