Good afternoon, and welcome to the Global Net Lease conference call and Q&A to discuss the benefits of the merger and internalization transaction. Thank you. This is Sue Perrotty. I am the Lead Independent Director at GNL, and I am joined today by Mike Weil, who is currently the CEO of Necessity Retail REIT, a Board member of GNL and the proposed co-CEO of the combined organization.
I'd like to begin to opening paragraph. ISS acknowledged a critical error in its GNL report. We urge shareholders to read the revised report that ISS issued at 10 p.m. this past Friday.
