Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the presentation of JTC plc's interim results for 2020. I'm Nigel Le Quesne, the Group CEO, and presenting with me as usual is Martin Fotheringham, our Group CFO.

Once again, we are faced with a virtual presentation, but I do hope on the next occasion we will be meeting in person. The next half an hour or so, I will present my CEO highlights, and Mark will run through the financial review. Then I'll follow-up with a business review of the first half of 2020, including a more detailed insight into the impact on the business of the COVID environment, and provide an update on our recent acquisitions and the M&A market as a whole, closing with our outlook for the rest of the year. Then we'll open up for questions.
