Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of AirBoss of America Corporation. As you are all aware, out of an abundance of caution and in keeping with the regulations of the health authorities, we are making today's meeting available through both the video and teleconference facility as the company is proactively dealing with the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigating risk to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders and employees.
Accordingly, I would like to welcome everybody who has been able to join us today in one form or another. I am Gren Schoch, Chairman and CEO of AirBoss of America.
