Kimball Electronics Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Thank you and good morning, everyone. Can everyone hear me okay? So for those of you that I haven't met, I'm Ric Phillips, CEO of Kimball Electronics. Very excited to be here for my first Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Great company, great culture. I've got a lot more to say that I'll share with you over the course of the morning. But really excited to be here, and I just want to welcome everyone to this gathering, and we're excited to share some of our results with you, some of our path forward.
But before we get into that, I want to recognize that there's someone missing from this meeting that we all miss a lot. Don Charron was a tremendous, tremendous man, tremendous family man, tremendous man of faith, and obviously an incredible leader of Kimball Electronics for a long time. And he has left an indelible mark on this organization in the short time that I got to know him.
Don just brought out the best in everybody. He made everybody in the room feel important. He's incredibly humble and yet such a great,
