We have such regular meetings, and I will not be going to fully review all of the points as they have been reviewed in our previous meeting. Just to reaffirm that our strategic goals, our strategic ambitions delivered by the Board of Directors and the operations teams of Icade will be focusing on the delivery of our execution and of our strategic plan, and our road map will have us focus all of our efforts to deliver this plan. And this will be reviewed by the various speakers this morning, and you will see that we are highly dedicated to executing this strategic plan.
Now I want to dwell on the governance structure. As you heard, there was a significant change. And following the latest Annual General Meeting, we had a clear commitment to abide by the French AFEP-MEDEF Code as well as strengthening the dialogues and interaction with minority shareholders with the appointment of an independent board member, who will
