Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to our first quarter call. Before we get started with the content of the meeting, I'd like to -- pardon me, introduce everyone first. Besides myself here today is -- are Dan McConnell, President of International Division and the incoming CEO mid-summer; Amanda Sutton, our Vice President, Legal Counsel and Secretary; and John King, Chief Financial Officer.
