Just to maybe set the stage and start off with a fairly simple question. Why don't you characterize for us the state and condition of the commercial real estate market and maybe give an overview of BrightSpire in general?
I'll start off and let my colleagues jump in. So BrightSpire has been a transition from what was formerly Colony Credit, which was formed by Colony Capital in 2018 as a merger of assets and 2 nontraded REITs. We bought back the management contract
