Good afternoon and good morning for those joining us from the U.S. I'm Sara El-Gawahergy, Head of Investor Relations of Orascom Development Holding. And on behalf of the group, I would like to thank you for joining ODH's Full Year 2019 Results Conference Call.
We have on our call today our Chairman, Samih Sawiris and the members of the Committee executive, Naguib Sawiris; Abdelhamid Abouyoussef; and Ashraf Nessim.
