Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us today to discuss Timbercreek Financial's First Quarter 2020 Financial Results. I'm joined on the call virtually today by Gigi Wong, our CFO; Scott Rowland, Managing Director, Debt Investments for us; as well as Geoff McTait, our Executive Director and Head of Canadian Originations. Understandably, we've had many questions about recent portfolio trends in light of the economic impact of COVID-19. Included in today's commentary is a discussion of the current position of the portfolio as well as some trends and data points from the early days of the second quarter.
