Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Jeffrey Royer, I'm Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baylin Technologies. And it's my pleasure to welcome you to the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Baylin. This year, for the first time, we are holding our annual meeting as a virtual-only meeting by way of a live audio webcast. We've chosen this format due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in order to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders.
