Thank you very much. Good morning, everyone. I would like to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of Indigo Books and Music. My name is Heather Reisman, and I am the Executive Chair of Indigo. I will chair the meeting today. Other Board members and management are also joining us virtually. Once again, we are holding our Annual Meeting in a virtual format, and we are pleased that this platform permits shareholder participation regardless of physical location. That said, only registered shareholders who held shares in their name as of July 5, 2023, the record date of this meeting, or their validly appointed proxy holders are entitled to vote and submit questions at this meeting.
