Good morning and thank you for attending this annual meeting of stockholders. My name is Charles Hsieh, and I am the Interim Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. Pursuant to the company's bylaws, I'll act as Chairman of today's meeting, and Mike Beck, our Interim General Counsel, will act as Secretary of today's meeting.
