Thank you, moderator. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the company, I welcome you to this Annual Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Glen Roane. I'm the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. And with the concern of the meeting, I will act as Chairman of this meeting.
