I guess we'll start off with a big picture question. As you look back at last year, what The RealReal learned as a company and, I guess, did supply (inaudible) really impact sales over the last 12 months?
Sure. Thanks for having me. It's great to be here. It's been a great conference. So yes, looking back on 2020, what a year. I guess the first thing that is evident to us is that our business was built for a lot of things, but it wasn't built to thrive in a pandemic. That much is abundantly clear.
But the circumstances forced us to do a number of things to innovate and react with a sense of urgency.
