Over the next 20, 25 minutes, I'll give you a good general overview of HLS before proceeding to Q&A. As you may know, earlier this month, we announced the transition with Craig Millian stepping into the CEO role as Gilbert Godin is retiring.
Craig's first day will be May 1, coming up very soon. And I know he looks forward to engaging with the Street in the weeks and months to come, and looking forward to that.
