(Operator Instructions) It's now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Stuart M. Elman, the Chairman of Neighbourly's Board of Directors. Mr. Elman, the floor is yours.
Great. Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to Neighbourly Pharmacy's Annual Shareholder Meeting. The operator said, my name is Stuart Elman, and I'm Chairman of Neighbourly's Board of Directors, and I will also be acting as Chairman of today's meeting. I'm joined for today's event by Mr. Chris Gardner, Neighbourly's Chief Executive Officer; and Ms.Terri Smyth, our Chief Financial Officer.
