Thanks, Paul, and good afternoon, everyone. We certainly appreciate your time today and your interest in Vintage Wine Estates. We have announced the appointment of Seth Kaufman from LVMH as President and CEO with an anticipated start date of no later than October 30, 2023. We also provided a business update and preliminary outlook for fiscal 2024.
