All right. Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Peter Hood, and I'm the Chairman of Matrix. And if you don't mind, I'll sit down while I deliver this instead of bending over.
So it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Matrix Composites & Engineering Ltd. In addition to the shareholders who have attended this AGM in person, I would also like to extend a very warm welcome to those shareholders who are attending via the webcast.
I'm advised that a quorum is present in accordance with Rule 16.7 of the company's constitution. And as such, I declare the meeting open.
