Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to all shareholders. My name is Ian Giffen, and I'm Chair of Kinaxis. I will act as chair of this meeting, and it is my pleasure to welcome you this morning.
Although we are disappointed that we cannot see each of you in person today, we want to thank you for your patience as we continue with another virtual meeting this year in light of the circumstances.
