We're pleased to host Tara Christie, the President and CEO of Banyan Gold. They report 6.2 million ounces of heap leach deposit in the Yukon. Without further ado, Tara, please tell us about Banyan.
Great. Thanks, John. Thanks for having us again. On this image of our slide, you can see our project area.
And that is where the 6.2-million-ounce resource that we announced up here is Aurex Hill. In the front here is our Airstrip deposit. And the Powerline goes from the base of the hill all the way over through this lower relief area here to the right.
So it's now 5 kilometers across, which is pretty amazing. This mineralization is remarkably consistent across the area.
Just -- here's an overview. There's Victoria Gold, the new heap leach mine down the road from us. It's 42 kilometers by road, but 25 kilometers as the crow fly. Hecla just purchased Alexco right beside us, [high-grade] miners. We have two operating
