Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Dick Auchinleck, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Telus Corporation. Welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting for TELUS. I'm pleased to be your Chair for this 129th meeting of the shareholders of TELUS. As you know, we took the initiative to move to a virtual format for our annual meeting this year in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic. To ensure the health and safety of our shareholders, team members and communities, we're using the power of technology to enable our shareholders to attend this meeting in a virtual format via a live webcast. And this format allows all shareholders and appointed proxy holders from any location to attend, participate and vote at the meeting. Guests are also welcome to attend and listen to our meeting.
