Good morning, everybody. It's Randy Konik again, lifestyle and growth platforms analyst at Jefferies. Really pleased to have our next presentation or fireside chat. I'm going to have it with Clarus management on John Walbrecht, the Company's President. We're going to just speak to him for the next 25 minutes. He's going to give us some perspective on the Company and the different things that have been going on within the portfolio, which I think is pretty exciting.
And then if we have time, we'll ask some questions of John. And Aaron, the Company's CFO, is tied up at the moment. He may join, he may not. But let me turn it over to John to start to go through the exciting Clarus story. So, John, welcome. I'll turn it over to you.
