Good day, everyone, and welcome to the Boyd Gaming Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Thank you, and good morning. Thank you to everyone for joining us for our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Before we begin the formal meeting, we wanted to go over a few items regarding today's format. This is our first online shareholders meeting, and we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding regarding this new format. While we know many of you are accustomed to an in-person meeting that was not possible this year due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In keeping with our strict social distancing guidelines, our Chairman, Bill Boyd, is joining us on the call from a separate location. Bill will be a participant in today's meeting, but for logistical reasons, this meeting will be chaired by Marianne
