Thank you, operator, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As Chair of the Board of IGM Financial, it's my pleasure to welcome you to this annual meeting of shareholders. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the health and well-being of our management, our employees, our shareholders and our communities, the meeting is being held as a virtual meeting.
