Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Ampol Limited. And I'd just like to say how wonderful it is to be here in person now for a few years of virtual meetings. And I apologize for my croaky voice upfront. I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and pay our respects to elders past and present. My name is Steven Gregg, and I have the honor of being your Chairman.
As a result of the proxies I hold as Chairman, we have a quorum present, so I declare this meeting open.
I will now outline the technology and procedural matters for the meeting. Today's meeting is being held at both in person at the [mid] here in Sydney and online via the Lumi platform.
