Thank you, Anne, and good afternoon, everyone. I want to welcome you to the 2021 annual meeting of shareholders for Costco. I'm Tony James, Chairman of the Board, and this is our first virtual stockholders' meeting.
Before we get started, I want to make a few other introductions. John Sullivan, our Corporate Secretary, will act as secretary for this meeting.
