All right. Jim, thanks so much for joining us. Jim Foote from CSX, President and CEO, 40-year veteran of the industry. In the audience, we have Bill Slater and Dan Schwartz, who are part of the Investor Relations team. Thank you guys for joining us as well. Jim wants to talk about -- you guys are -- were the first in the U.S. to do PSR quite successfully. You are kind of at the third phase of PSR now, which is attracting revenues onto your kind of leaner, meaner, better network, but we're in an environment where the volume environment is lot -- very uncertain, volumes are down. So you know maybe you're pretty close to your customers, you like to talk about what your customers are thinking, what they are saying. So maybe we could start with one, the volume environment, the business environment and what your customers are telling you about the state of the economy today?
