Kelsian Group Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for attending the Kelsian 2023 AGM. For those that don't know me, my name is Jeff Ellison, and I'm the Chairman of the Kelsian Group Limited. Thank you for joining us here today at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
The Company Secretary has confirmed a quorum for the meeting is present, and I am delighted to formally open the meeting. I'd like to acknowledge that today, we meet on the traditional country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains and pay respect to elders past, present, and emerging. We recognize and respect their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship with the land. We acknowledge that they are of continuing importance to the Kaurna people living today, and we also extend that respect to other aboriginal language groups and other First Nations.
