In our opinion, this is a transformational acquisition, which is really giving us a fantastic position in what we describe to be the vehicle-based outdoor business.
Igloo is based out of Texas and is one of the world's leading companies in the market for passive cooling boxes and drinkware. This is an old company, was established 1947, has an iconic brand. For us, it will become a foundational base for our continued journey towards growth and higher profitability levels.
